Bulk MX Checker
Check MX records for a list of domains and export the results as CSV.
About this tool
Check the MX records of many domains at once. Paste a list of domains (one per line) or upload a CSV, and the checker queries each domain's mail exchangers in the background, showing priority and hostname for every record found. Results can be exported back to CSV.
This is useful for agencies auditing client portfolios, migrations where dozens of domains move to a new email provider, and lead qualification (identifying which email provider a company uses from its MX hosts).
Frequently asked questions
How many domains can I check at once?
Up to 100 domains per job. Jobs run in a background queue, so large lists keep processing while you watch the progress bar; results appear as each domain completes.
What CSV format should I upload?
Any CSV where the domain is in the first column works, with or without a header row. A plain text list with one domain per line is also accepted in the paste box.
Can I identify the email provider from MX records?
Usually yes. google.com / googlemail.com MX hosts mean Google Workspace, *.mail.protection.outlook.com means Microsoft 365, and hosts like mx.zoho.com or mail.protonmail.ch identify other providers at a glance.
